Commissioned by architectural firm Farms & Spaces, this contemporary residence in Dindigul is a home where considered design and a deep connection to nature define every space. The brief for Spontofocus covered the full property — interiors, exteriors, and the standout features that make this one of the more distinctive residential projects in the region.
The home is built around a central koi pond — set beneath a glass floor panel that brings the water feature into view from the level above, making it as much an architectural statement as a living element. The interiors carry a refined palette throughout — stone flooring, timber ceiling detailing, glass balustrades, and a dedicated prayer space with traditional brass appointments sit alongside a sleek modular kitchen and generous living areas.
The exterior is equally considered, with brick-clad walls, a landscaped courtyard, mature planting, and a private swimming pool that extends the living space outdoors. Every frame was composed to serve Farms & Spaces’ portfolio — communicating the depth of design intent behind a home that rewards close attention at every level.
